CANCELLATION POLICY LATE POLICY If you are running late, please call ahead to let us know.
We use the honour system. When you make an appointment, we reserve that time exclusively for you.
If you must cancel your appointment:
Please notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled time so we can book another client at that time.
If you have a history of “no-shows”, last minute cancellations or cancellations less than 3 hours, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to hold your next appointment, and a cancellation fee will apply.
Please arrange to be on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we cannot give you your full time.
Because your therapist has another appointment scheduled right after yours, you will lose the same time that you were late.
Late-comers are still responsible to pay for the full amount of time reserved.
If you are more than ten minutes late without calling, we reserve the right to give your appointment time to someone else.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY .
When you make a reservation for three or more persons, you will be required to provide a credit card number.
A cancellation fee will apply to any group members who does not cancel at least three hours in advance, and will be charged to the credit card provided.
Gift certificates may be redeemed for any massage service we offer. Gift certificates must be presented when you check in.
You may add time to your certificate by paying the additional amount at the time of redemption.
Gift certificates are not refundable, and no change or refund will be given for any unused portion of the certificate.
Gift certificates are the same as cash, and lost certificates cannot be replaced.
